My entries will not be accepted if the authentication stamp is not visible on the back of the actual painting surface or canvas. No stamps will be on the stretcher bars. * 

My entries will be produced outdoors in the spirit of Plein Air on a properly stamped surface. This includes any/all mixed media added to each entry. *

My artwork will be ready to exhibit as per contest rules and instructions, including any hardware/materials required to display my entry. I have used no claw or sawtooth hangers. *

I will provide high-resolution digital images of each entry per contest rules and instructions. Images will be shared through Google Drive, Dropbox, or provided to museum staff on a USB Drive. *

I will complete the online Artwork Submission Form or provide a printed copy of the Artwork Submission PDF that includes a title, artist statement, medium used, and site location. *

My artwork may not be removed from the museum until the conclusion of the exhibition. *

I affirm that each entry is my own original work created within the time parameters of the competition. *

Upon submission of work, I automatically waive all claims for damage or loss against the Museum, including the officers, volunteers, and employees. *

The Brigham City Museum of Art & History retains 20% of all sales of artwork produced during the competition. *

Any payments for art sold will be sent to artists within three weeks of the end of the exhibition or handed to the artist upon pick up of unsold works. *

Sales made either by agreement with the buyer prior to the competition or through arrangements following the competition are subject to the same agreement. *

My artwork becomes the property of Brigham City Museum of Art & History if I do not pick up my entries or make arrangements for a later pick-up date by 5:00 PM MST on Saturday, March 22, 2025.*

Throughout the event, photos of artists and their artwork may be taken. I  authorize the use of any photos taken which may include artists and their artwork, for use as promotional elements for the Brigham City Museum of Art & History and Brigham City Corporation. *
