2020 Photography Competition: Changes
The 2020 Photography Competition at the Brigham City Museum of Art & History will run from September 12 – November 14, 2020.
This year’s theme is Changes.
Originally scheduled for the spring, the competition was postponed once it became necessary for the museum to close to the public due to the coronavirus pandemic. When we first chose the theme “Changes” for this competition, we at the Brigham City Museum did not imagine the extent of change the world had in store. Even the exhibit itself had to experience change, as it was moved from its planned spring dates to the fall. We originally spoke of the cyclical nature of change, but now our thoughts center on the abrupt, transformative changes that shape our lives.
